In Person/Video/Phone

  • First appointment $235 - 50min or you may book 80 min $352.50 
  • Follow-up appointments are booked for 50min, 80min or 110min
  • 80 Minutes appointment $352.50
  • 110 Minutes appointment $470
  • ​Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) Sessions are usually 80 min and are charged at $352.50 for 80 min or $470 for 110 min
  • Phone calls will be charged in 10 min increments if phone support is utilized
  • Emails will be charged in 10 min increments (no charge to read and respond if less then 5min)
  • Paperwork for insurance companies or letters will be charged in 10 min increments at $235 per hour
  • Please note that all fees include preparation and documentation for each session

Payment

Please note payment is due the day of your appointment. Preferred method of payment is Cash, E-Transfers ([email protected]) and Debit, but credit cards are also available as payment.

No Direct Billing for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Nunavut & Yukon

​You will be provided with a receipt for you to submit to insurance. Always call your insurance to find out how much is covered per session and per year prior to booking your appointment. 

Insurance & Direct Billing for Alberta

Check with your insurance provider for details on what your specific plan covers for a Master's of Clinical Social Work provider or Psychologist. We provide direct billing services, but we are not able to know prior to your appointment how much your insurance will cover. Please contact your insurance provider and ask how much they cover per session and per year. Most companies have extended health care insurance plans that provide full or partial coverage of psychological services. Electronic receipts are provided so that you may seek additional coverage and reimbursement for your expenses. You may also be able to claim receipts as a medical expense on your taxes.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect, please try your best to provide at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or re-schedule your apointment. If your appointment is cancelled within 24hrs the cancellation fee will be 50% of your appointment fee.
