My hope in therapy is to help you find relief from your suffering, feel empowered to make a change in your life, and gain control of your emotions. I believe we all have our own journey, and that healing can look different for everyone. Therapy could look like building various tools and coping strategies, connecting to your inner strengths, or having a place to put your emotions. We will work together to find what uniquely fits you. My counselling process is collaborative, warm, and reflective. I work from a humanistic and cognitive perspective. We are all unique individuals, and I may use a variety of types of therapy such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Strength-based, and attachment-based, to best fit your individual needs. I work with adults and teens who are seeking support for a variety of concerns.
I have specialized training and a specialized interest in:
Emotional regulation Anger BPD Depression Anxiety and Trauma Relationships Self-esteem and Identity Grief and loss Life transitions Burnout, stress, and overwhelm Healthcare workers Neurodiversity
I look forward to hearing your story and connecting with you!
