Fun Facts
I am a proud wife, mom to two amazing young adults, and dog mom to a lovable pup named Scout. My husband and I share a passion for live music and concerts, a love they now enjoy with their kids—because nothing beats dancing and singing together at a great show! When summer rolls around, I'm all about the great outdoors. You’ll find me biking scenic trails, paddleboarding, or camping at my favourite spot on Lake Koocanusa. I have also spent countless hours as a dedicated sports mom at hockey arenas and soccer fields. Now that my kids are older, I am embracing a new chapter filled with a bit more free time to connect with friends and family, delve into lifelong learning, and fuel my curiosity. For me, growth and connection aren’t just personal values—they’re principles I carry into my counselling practice, helping others navigate their own journeys with care and understanding.
