Specialties
I provide therapy for adults & teens who have experienced struggles with Emotional regulation, Anger, BPD, Trauma, Relationships, Self-Esteem & Identity, Grief & Loss, Life Transitions, Burnout, Stress, Overwhelm, ADHD, Neurodiversity, Depression and Anxiety.
My hope in therapy is to help you find relief from your suffering, feel empowered to make a change in your life, and gain control of your emotions. I believe we all have our own journey, and that healing can look different for everyone. Therapy could look like building various tools and coping strategies, connecting to your inner strengths, or having a place to put your emotions. We will work together to find what uniquely fits you.
I have over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. My counselling process is collaborative, warm, and reflective. I draw from a humanistic and cognitive perspective. We are all unique individuals, and I may use a variety of types of therapy such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Strength-based, and attachment-based, to best fit your individual needs.
I offer one-on-one support. I support teens, adults, healthcare workers, first responders, veterans and therapists with emotional regulation, anger, BPD, trauma, relationships, self-esteem & identity, grief & loss, life transitions, burnout, stress, overwhelm, ADHD, neurodiversity, depression and anxiety.
I understand how hard it can be to find the right therapist for you or your teen. I offer a 15min no fee consultation to ensure it is a good fit. If it is not I encourage you to have multiple consultations with others on the team to find the right fit for you.
Therapy can have a lasting positive effect on how we show up in the world, ourselves and the people around us.
