Do you ever feel like you’re living out of sync with the life you truly want? Maybe something feels “off,” even when you’re doing all the right things. You might feel stuck, disconnected from your values, or weighed down by stress, self-doubt, or patterns that keep repeating. Whether this shows up at work, in your relationships, or within yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I provide therapy for couples, adults, and teens who are ready to heal from the emotional weight of both past and present experiences. Whether your pain stems from early life challenges, relationship struggles, or overwhelming moments, therapy can be a space to rebuild self-trust, deepen connection, and rediscover a sense of peace and purpose.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based and somatic therapies, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Compassionate Inquiry, the Gottman Method for Couples, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you. Through guided reflection and skill-building, my goal is to help you reconnect with your values, create meaningful change, and feel empowered to live a more fulfilling, intentional life. Healing doesn’t mean rushing past the pain. It means learning to hold space for it while also cultivating joy, confidence, and resilience.
I work with teens, adults, couples, first responders, veterans, and fellow therapists who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, PMDD, PTSD, ADHD, navigating chronic illness, grief and loss, depression, stress, or relationship challenges. If you’re ready to take the next step toward clarity, connection, and healing, I’m here to walk beside you.
I understand how hard it can be to find the right therapist for you or your teen. I offer a 15min no fee consultation to ensure it is a good fit. If it is not I encourage you to have multiple consultations with others on the team to find the right fit for you.
Therapy can have a lasting positive effect on how we show up in the world, ourselves and the people around us.
My areas of focus include:
Rebuilding Relationships | Communication | Complex Trauma | Childhood Abuse | Neurodiversity | PTSD | Trauma | Relationships | Self-Esteem | Grief & Loss | Panic Attacks | Sexual Assault | Stress | Childhood Trauma | Depression | Anxiety | First Responders & Veterans | Healthcare Providers | Couples | Therapists | ADHD | Religious Trauma | PMDD | Chronic Illness
If you’re ready to get started, I offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit or you can book a full initial appointment.

Fun Facts
I have always been an avid animal lover, outside of practice you might find me at the dog park with one or more of my four dogs.
I grew up on a farm and hope to move to an acreage one day where my partner and I can create a sanctuary for animals in need.
I believe we are all deeply connected to nature and spend much of my free time outdoors hiking or enjoying nature walks.
Recently, my own healing journey has led me to reconnect with activities that brought me joy as a child. This includes singing, dancing, baking, painting, and spending quality time with loved ones.
