At True Living Counselling & Coaching Inc., we’re excited to invite compassionate, skilled therapists (Registered Psychologists and Registered Clinical Social Workers) to join our team for a minimum of three shifts a week (15+hrs), with the option to expand to full-time hours.
These positions are ideal for someone who thrives on working in-person with clients at our welcoming office in Okotoks, Alberta. We’re not just a workplace; we’re a community.

Positions Available
- Trauma Therapist experience working with First Responders and Veterans (willing to train). Trained in A.R.T, EMDR are considered assets.
- Couples Therapist. Trained in A.R.T, EMDR, Gottman, EFT are considered assets.
- Clinical Social Worker to provide clinical supervision. Asset if you can also provide counselling services at our Okotoks location. Currently our clinical supervision is offered virtually. Opportunity to build an intern program.
- Child Therapist. You will have access to our play therapy room to offer services to children and their families. Play Therapy Certification is an asset.
- Registered Psychologist to provide Psychological Assessment Services.
True Living Counselling & Coaching Inc Qualifications:
- Be an amazing human
- PhD or Masters Level Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker
- Registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists and/or Alberta College of Social Workers
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Independent, organized, detail-oriented, conscientious and able to function as an independent contractor and collaboratively within a team
- Experience working with individuals, couples, families and/or children
- Experience working with trauma and training that is trauma informed
- Experience working with first responders is a strong asset
- Advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and/or EMDR or willing to get training is a strong asset
- Advanced training in EFT, Gottman or Play Therapy
